Where Innovation Meets Empowerment!

The Creators Club is an empowering and inspiring community designed specifically for middle and high school students, offering a unique space to explore their creativity while developing valuable leadership and media skills. As part of the club, members become brand ambassadors for the Diamond in the Rough Youth Development Program, representing the organization and its values through creative projects and campaigns.


Girls in the Creators Club will have the chance to dive into behind-the-scenes learning experiences in media production, marketing, and branding. From creating content to crafting marketing strategies, they will explore the exciting world of digital media, guided by industry professionals. The club will offer hands-on workshops, mentorship, and opportunities to collaborate on real-world projects, allowing girls to enhance their skills in areas like video editing, graphic design, social media management, and public speaking.


The Creators Club is more than just a creative outlet—it's a supportive environment where young women can grow as leaders, innovators, and change-makers, all while representing the mission and vision of the Diamond in the Rough Youth Development Program. Members will build their confidence, form lasting friendships, and prepare for future careers in media, communications, and beyond.

 Creators Club FAQ

Are you passionate about making a difference? Whether you're a parent, educator, or community leader, we invite you to be part of our mission to uplift and empower girls and families around the world. Together, we can create lasting change!

  • Who Can Join?

    • Must be a member of Diamond in the Rough. 
    • Must be a middle school or high school student. 
    • Must be willing to actively participate in the creative community where Creators meet. 
    • Must be committed to attend all MANDATORY sessions. 

  • What Do Members Do?

    Members will serve as brand ambassadors for Diamond In The Rough (DITR), enjoying exclusive backstage access and passes to capture media from events and other DITR activities. They will receive training from field experts, which can be applied to collaborative projects. Most importantly, Creators Club members will produce content for social media, DITR events, Mighty Networks, and more

  • Is There a Fee?

    All accepted members are required to pay a $25 annual membership fee, which covers the cost of Creators Club SWAG provided at the start of membership. 

  • What’s Next?

    Once your application is accepted, you'll receive the Creators Contract, updates on the Creators Club schedule, and details about the required Brand Ambassador training. You will also be notified about our private collaboration community on Mighty Networks.
