Diamond In The Rough offers a variety of programs and services for girls and families. Using our Think P.I.N.K. motto, our programming is designed to Prepare, Inspire, Nurture and provide Knowledge to girls ages 4-18 in a safe and structured environment.
Whether members-based programs, workshops, webinars, community outreach or conferences, all of our programs and services fall within one of the five areas:
Diamond In The Rough understands the power of community, and has spent the past two decades providing spaces for girls to gain wisdom, be inspired and build bonds. Our Clusters Group Mentoring Program and Diamonds In Development Programs offer alternatives for girls to build their confidence, character and create communities where they can thrive.
Group Mentoring Programs are available both live and virtually, providing the full experience to girls who want to be part of the community.
Molding the young leaders is something that DITR does well. Youth can gain knowledge and build practical skills that help prepare them for both the present and the future. Leadership programs include:
Through our CROWNS College & Career Program, we understand that success lies at the crossroads of preparation, information, exposure and opportunity. Our CROWNS College & Career Program offers programs for girls to explore the possibilities including:
Providing support for the entire family is a priority at Diamond In The Rough. Whether it is echoing the values and raising the expectations shared by families or creating safe spaces for parents to learn and grow, DITR offers an array of programs and unique experiences designed with the entire family in mind.
At Diamond In The Rough, we want to see our GEMS, Jewels and families thrive mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. To make this happen, we have committed time and space to make that possible through our CARE Project. This program helps to provide guidance, tips and resources, along with live and virtual experiences.
